4 Age Requirements & Family Fitness

Minimum Age: 13 Years

  • Ages 13-17: You'll need parent/guardian consent and supervision (safety first!)
  • Ages 18+: You're good to go on your own

For Our Younger Athletes (with Parents):

  • Parent/guardian must co-sign all agreements
  • Parent/guardian should supervise all fitness activities
  • Parent/guardian handles all payments and communications
  • Parent/guardian can cancel services anytime on behalf of their child

5 Health & Safety First

We're fitness coaches, not doctors! Please check with your healthcare provider before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have health conditions. We want you safe and successful!

When We Can't Help (Sorry!):

For safety reasons, we don't provide services to individuals with:

  • Bipolar Disorder (exercise and nutrition changes can interact with this condition)
  • Severe eating disorders that require medical supervision
  • Acute medical conditions needing immediate medical attention
  • Pregnancy complications (normal pregnancy fitness may be okay with doctor approval)

What We Need From You:

  • Be honest about any health conditions during your intake
  • Get medical clearance if we ask for it
  • Stop exercising immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort
  • Keep us updated on any health changes during your program
